Seattle International Film Festival is one of the largest and most well-attended film festival in the United States with 150,000 attendees expected for 37th, in 2011. They screens best 400 films from over 50 countries.
Now we are excited to annouce that our 'Linda' is officially selected in Animation short film category, and will be screened during SIFF's ShortsFest Weekend, May 27-30, 2011. Hope you enjoy our film at the great festival.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences recognizes SIFF as an official qualifying festival in the category of short film. Short films that receive Best Narrative short film and Best Animation short film awards at SIFF may qualify to enter the Short Films category of the Academy Awards ® for the concurrent season without the standard theatrical run, provided the film otherwise complies with the Academy rules.

'Nippon Connection' is a Japanese Film Festival, which takes place the eleventh time from April 27 to May 1, 2011, in Frankfurt Germany. With over 150 short and feature length films from Japan, it's one of the biggest showcase for Japanese films worldwide. 'Meat or Die' is selected in the 'PROGRAMM VISIONS' category. They also have a donation program named 'HELP JAPAN!'. Thank you so much, and hope all of you would enjoy Japan films!

Canal+Spain(Sogecable) has a monthly programme named "El tamaño no importa" ("Size doesn't matter") which is dedicated to animation series and short films with a maximum length of 5 minutes. 'Meat or Die' will be included on it. Moreover, they are preparing a part of the programme named "Japanese pop animation and surroundings" and will show episodes on it. Timetable is as below:

'Linda' was selected again in Melbourne In'tl Animation Festival, in 'Late Night Bizarre' competition category.
We are so proud but not sure to attend this time for now, because of the huge earthquake in Japan.
